While performing your Baltimore City or Baltimore County rental inspection I will adhere to the COVID-19 safety guidelines. These include keeping a safe distance from everyone during the inspection. The landlord and the tenants may prefer to stay outside or in areas of the house I don’t need to inspect. I will limit my movements to only those areas necessary to complete the inspection.
